Credits measure usage-based work inside Dirt. Your monthly allowance is consumed as the workspace performs AI, workflow, data, compliance, and document actions.

Workspace owners can review the ledger and set overage behavior. Connected-provider transport charges, such as customer-owned Twilio usage, remain separate.

What happens when I use my included credits?

Eligible usage is deducted from the workspace’s monthly credit balance and recorded in the billing ledger by category.

What happens after the monthly allowance is used?

Workspace owners can configure whether eligible overage usage continues and can set an overage cap. Continued usage is billed at the plan’s per-credit rate.

Do unused credits roll over?

Included credits are a monthly plan allowance and do not roll into a later billing period.

Are Twilio charges included?

No. Customer-owned messaging and call transport is paid to the connected provider. Dirt Credits cover Dirt’s AI and operating work as identified in the usage ledger.

Can teammates join without buying another plan?

Yes. Send them a workspace invitation. The number of included seats depends on the workspace plan, and invited members do not create a separate subscription.
